Wildlife Tours Maasai Mara Safari

Our driver-guide representative will pick you up upon arrival into JKIA or your hotel & transfer you to Wilson airport for scheduled domestic flight to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Flight is about 50mins. Upon arrival, you will be met by camp’s driver guide who will transfer you to the camp with a short game drive en route. Lunch at camp, afternoon at leisure for a siesta and after afternoon tea, depart for a game drive into the wild allowing you to spot some if not all of the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and Wildebeest. Enjoy a sundowner as you overlook the plains the return to camp.

A full day is spent at the Maasai Mara game reserve. Driving across the plains in search of the big cats (black manned lions, Cheetahs and leopards with picnic lunch served at the Mara River site or one of the spectacular sites in the Reserve. You will be taken on two game drives today, one in the morning before breakfast and the other in the late afternoon after lunch. If on private use of vehicle as opposed to sharing basis, your safari will be private & hence your game drive timings are flexible. Useful if you are travelling with children, or are on a honeymoon. You may also choose to have a full day game drive [ one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Rise early with tea or coffee brought to your tent then set off as the sun rises for a wilderness awakening game drive. The verdant plains host a fabulous array of plains game such as gazelles, impala, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest and eland. Never far away are the predators such as lion, cheetah, leopard and hyena which our guides are finely tuned to finding. Enjoy a picnic breakfast in the most magnificent outdoor setting on the plains before winding your way back to camp. After a leisurely al-fresco lunch back at camp, relax, read, watch the resident birdlife or enjoy a siesta in your tent. Afternoon tea is followed by game driving in another area of the Reserve where you may see jackals roaming, warthog bathing or impala jousting. Sundowner drinks are served in a picturesque spot as you watch the sun sink below the horizon. Return to camp to exchange stories around the campfire with the other guests before your mouth watering three-course ‘sparkling’ evening meal.

At the break of dawn you embark on your concluding game drive in the Mara followed by a relaxed breakfast and onward transfer to the airstrip for domestic flight departure flight to Wilson airport, Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be met by our driver guide representative who will drop you off at your hotel, or transfer you to JKIA airport for your flight home.

After a scrumptious breakfast, depart for Nakuru National park. Journey is about 2hrs drive. Enjoy your first short game drive in the park enroute to camp. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed, shown your tent, have lunch, relax then have afternoon tea at the camp. You will later enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Park which contains Kenya’s largest population of rhinos amongst other wildlife & bird species. Return to the camp in time to freshen up.
